YOGA RETREATS & BOOKINGS
Our retreats offer traditional Ashtanga guided self-practice in the mornings, as well as beginners’ instructed classes and weekly Sanskrit-counted led classes.
Bespoke afternoon workshops (depending on the group) can include: concepts of the Ashtanga method; technique and safe alignment; playtime; yoga philosophy; history; chanting; pranayama; meditation; Q&A/conference and Exploring the Art of Adjusting Ashtanga Asana (Primary, Intermediate, Advanced Series).
Ashtanga classes are led by KPJAYI Certified Philippa Asher. The number of guests is limited, so that Philippa can give as much individual teaching and support as possible.

Please note: for all retreats, a basic level of fitness and health, a willingness to learn the traditional Ashtanga method (as taught at KPJAYI), plus a commitment to practising regularly and honouring the tradition, are requisite.
